The offered appartment has been totally renovated and refurnished newly and comfortably. It is located on the second floor (with lift) at the eastside of the house Balthasar. The appartment is centrally heated and consists of an anteroom with kitchenette, bath/toilet, bedroom and a bed-sitting-room with adjacent balcony. It measures 47m2 and can be occupied by 4 persons.
For entertainment two satellite televisions, radio and parlour games are available.
The kitchenette consists of dishwasher, refrigerator, ceranic hob, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, sink and cupboards with dishes.
The bed-sitting room and bedroom have two beds, each with continuous mattress for a healthy sleep.
A large indoor swimming pool (20m x 5m) is located in the house. As a matter of course shower, toilets and changing rooms are part of the facilities. Furthermore, a room with washing machine and drier is located next to the swimming pool (for a fee).
In the neighbouring house a fitness centre, sauna and masseur are situated. In the village of Bodensdorf you can find further facilities such as supermarkets, post office, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, pubs, night club, etc.
The appartment block Kaspar + Melchior + Balthasar (K + M + B) is located directly on the beach where you can enjoy ice skating or curling in case of a freezed up lake.

B is located in a landscape conservation area at the foot of the
Gerlize mountain which is known as the most sunny ski- and
winterwanderarea of Carinthia. Not far away from the house (approx.
150m) you can enter the free-of-charge skibus which will take you to
Annenheim from where a cabin lift leaves for the skiing area. 1 cabin
lift, 5 chair lifts and 7 T-bar lifts make the family-friendly skiarea
accessible. For example, the scenic Klösterle-slope is 5,400m long and
technically challenging. A ski-school, ski-kindergarten and ski-rental
are at your disposal.

Summer The prices differ from € 69.- to € 109.- according to the season. Included are all
costs (Wifi in the appartment, swimming pool, sun lounger,
electricity, TV, water, waste and heating) except final
cleaning (60.-) . (Bed)-Clothes can by rent for 10.- per
Pers. For two weeks booking the clothes are included. Commission 20% Refund caution
money € 100.-
